The Citizen Outreach Group (COG) is excited to sponsor the 2012 Annual El Paso County Citizens' College. This year's classroom-style, activity-packed, interactive sessions will be conducted on consecutive Saturdays, October 13 and 20, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and dismissing no later than 5 p.m. both days. Citizens' College is a tremendous learning opportunity for civic-minded individuals ages 16 and older. During the two full-day sessions, citizen students will be familiarized with many aspects of El Paso County government - including its statutory duties, programs and services to citizens living in Colorado's largest County. Our County's elected officials, administrators and agency partners will serve as instructors and tour guides, navigating participants through the inner workings of our multi-faceted and citizen-focused government. On behalf of the COG, we look forward to your attendance at the 2011 Citizens' College.
