Citizen Outreach Group (COG) meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month and start at 10:00 a.m. For 2011, COG meetings will be conducted at the County Office Building located at 27 E. Vermijo Ave., 5th floor Finance Conference Room #537. COG meetings are open to the public, and the agenda for each meeting is posted on this webpage and in the County Office Building lobby. Citizens interested in attending COG meetings can also email the Public Information Office (PublicCommunications@elpasoco.com) for meeting details.
