Colorado Division of Insurance
The Colorado Division of Insurance has a website devoted to helping residents begin to deal with insurance issues after a disaster.

Pikes Peak Regional Building Department
Pikes Peak Regional Building has initiated field operations to facilitate rapid response for citizens in the impacted areas to receive inspections, permits and other services from Regional Building. Follow this link for more information on PPRBD services and procedures:

US Post Office
Customers who’s homes have been impacted by the fire can file a change of address Electronic change of addresses can be filed online at http://www.usps.com or by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS. (1-800-275-8777). Change of Address forms are also available at area Post Offices.
Postal officials are advising evacuees to file a change of address even if they are going to be at their current temporary location for a brief time. They will be able to file additional changes as they move to longer term locations.

If you need a safe and secure delivery point, consider renting a Post Office Box, available at all area Post Offices.

El Pomar Foundation / Waldo Canyon Fire Victim Assistance Fund
El Pomar Foundation announced it has designated $2.5 million in funding to support human service providers and first responders involved with Colorado’s wildfire outbreak.  Included in the funding is $100,000 to establish the Waldo Canyon Fire Victim Assistance Fund, which will be administered by Pikes Peak United Way. Pikes Peak United Way will accept donations from community members looking to support families and individuals affected by the Waldo Canyon fire. http://www.elpomar.org/news/242
