The El Paso County Commissioners joined the Pikes Peak Range Riders and the organizers of the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo at the Thursday, June 6, 2019, regular meeting to celebrate this summer’s roster of events that help celebrate El Paso County’s and the Pikes Peak Region’s rich Western Heritage.
