The new Department of Human Services lobby opened in late February 2021 and is accessed by the outside door near the parking garage. The El Paso County Department of Human Services main lobby is on the first floor of the Citizens Service Center building, 1675 Garden of the Gods Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
