February 18, 2026 – The El Paso County Board of Commissioners is seeking several community-minded citizen volunteers to serve on the El Paso County Fair Advisory Board.
The Advisory Board will work in collaboration with El Paso County to ensure the successful promotion, production, and execution of the annual El Paso County Fair. The purpose of the Fair is to celebrate and continue to affirm the County’s Western and agricultural history, culture, and heritage through longstanding agricultural customs and to provide a venue for organizations such as 4-H and Future Farmers of America. The Advisory Board will provide input for the programming and events at the El Paso County Fair and Events Center throughout the year that support the stated purpose.
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Swink Hall on the El Paso County Fairgrounds, 366 10th Street, Calhan, CO.
