Enhancing Community Engagement with Residents
El Paso County is excited to announce its new “Commissioners on the Road” program, which provides an opportunity for residents from all over the county to engage with their elected officials in their respective districts.
“El Paso County is committed to providing quality services in accessible and engaging ways,” said El Paso County Board Chair Cami Bremer. “This program allows us to connect and collaborate with our residents where they are to better understand how we can enhance and protect their quality of life.”
Commissioners value transparency and community input, actively encouraging residents to participate. The “Commissioners on the Road” program will include BoCC meetings held in each of the five commissioner districts, allowing residents increased access to their local government.
The BoCC regularly holds public hearings and meetings on Tuesdays (except legal holidays) beginning at 9 a.m. in the Auditorium of Centennial Hall at 200 South Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs.
