All five Clerk and Recorder’s Office Branch locations are now open as Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPC). Two additional VSPCs will be operating Monday and Tuesday, November 4, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and November 5, 7 a.m-7 p.m., at Victory World Outreach and Monument Town Hall.

Voters may go to any of the locations to:

  • Vote in person
  • Update their voter registration
  • Request a replacement ballot
  • Vote on an ADA accessible ballot marking device
  • Drop off their voted ballot

The Clerk’s Office expects a substantial increase in voter turnout from previous Coordinated Elections and will be closing the Centennial Hall Downtown Branch and North Branch at Union Town Center for motor vehicle and recording services on Monday November 4, through Election Day. These two branches will be open only as Voter Service and Polling Centers. Motor vehicle and recording services will only be offered at our remaining three branch locations.

Over 98 percent of the population lives within 10 or 15 minutes from a VSPC or one of our 26 secure 24-hour ballot drop boxes. Locations of VSPCs and secure ballot drop boxes with an interactive map and hours of operation are available on www.EPCVotes.com under the tab “Ballot Drop Boxes and VSPC Locations.” Voters are encouraged to return their voted ballot early. The Clerk’s office does not recommend mailing voted ballots back after today; postmarked ballots received after the deadline cannot be counted. All ballots must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 5, in order to be counted.
