Due to scheduling conflicts the regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meetings for next Tuesday (September 25) and next Thursday (September 27, 2018) have been canceled.
El Paso County Commissioners will be joining other business, civic and government leaders for meetings in Washington, D.C. next week. The annual “DC Fly-in” is organized by the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation. Discussions are scheduled this year that will include members of Colorado’s Congressional Delegation, their key legislative and staff advisors as well as administration economic development leaders and Pentagon leadership.
Regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of County Commissioners are held Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room at Centennial Hall, 200 South Cascade Avenue in downtown Colorado Springs. They can be seen live on the El Paso County News and Information Channels on Comcast Ch. 59 and Century Link 1089 and through live streaming at www.elpasoco.com
