March 10, 2025 – El Paso County will complete extensive repairs on Myers Road between Peyton Highway and Finch Road beginning March 18 and continuing into June. The project will be split into two phases. The roadway will be open to travel during both phases, but there will be flaggers onsite to help direct traffic.

Phase one will begin March 18 and run through early April, weather permitting. Phase two consists of performing chip seal work and will be completed in June, the optimal time for chip seal installation. Between April and June, the roadway will be in a gravel state and drivable for the public.

  • None

Detour:

  • None; roadway will be open during the installation of the striping with flaggers along Myers during work hours.

Safety Reminders:

  • Reduce speeds in work zone.
  • Watch for workers, equipment, signs, and barricades.
