July 28, 2025 – Beginning Monday, August 4, a detour will be in place at Galley Road and Hathaway Drive. This detour will help accommodate infrastructure work being done for the Cherokee Metropolitan District. The detour will use Ford Street to access Highway 24 and the south portion of Hathaway Drive.
The closure will remain in place for five days, weather dependent.
Closure: Northbound and southbound Hathaway Drive at Galley Road.

- Watch for workers, equipment, signs, and barricades.
