February 5, 2024 – El Paso County Parks & Community Services announces additional public meetings regarding the planned Fox Run Nature Center to obtain resident feedback and share the project’s progression.

The next public meeting for the project will be Friday, February 16, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Black Forest Community Club, followed by an open house on Thursday, March 14, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Pikes Peak Brewing Co. These public meetings are the 23rd and 24th outreach events organized by El Paso County Parks & Community Services.

We look forward to continuing the legacy of our award-winning centers and adding more programming for residents and visitors in northern El Paso County.”

El Paso County Nature Centers will host Winter Fun at Fox Run on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Fox Run Regional Park. Activities will include storytelling, hot dog and marshmallow roasting and hot cocoa, wagon rides through the park, a doggie parade and costume contest, games, crafts, and fun activities from partner organizations.
