October 1, 2026, Colorado Springs, Colo. — El Paso County is pleased to announce the launch of its new Tax History Dashboard, an interactive online reporting tool designed to improve transparency by providing residents, property owners, real estate professionals, and County staff with quick, centralized access to historical property tax information.
The Tax History Dashboard brings historical property tax data together in a single, user-friendly platform where users can search, filter, and analyze information through interactive visualizations and detailed tables. By replacing time-consuming manual research with intuitive self-service reporting, the dashboard makes it easier to review individual property tax history, identify broader trends, and make informed decisions.
“Providing transparent and accessible government services is a priority for El Paso County,” said El Paso County Treasurer Chuck Broerman. “The Tax History Dashboard gives our community greater visibility into historical property tax information while making it easier for residents and County employees to independently access reliable information.”
Historically, access to property tax history has been fragmented across multiple sources, often requiring staff assistance to locate and interpret records. The new dashboard provides a single, reliable reporting solution that improves consistency, reduces manual effort, and enhances the overall user experience for both the public and County employees.

The data currently reflects information from 2023 through 2025, with additional updates and enhancements planned for the future.
