Colorado State University Extension presents Fermentation Technique Class: Featuring Sauerkraut and Kimchi. If you love sauerkraut and kimchi; we can teach you to how to make your own. During our hands-on workshop learn the art and science behind fermentation. You’ll discover that many foods from around the world are fermented. We will share unique and interesting ways to cook them. You will go home with a jar of sauerkraut and everything you need to make at home.
This is a class includes a pickle pebble and pickle pipe, which will make your home-fermented adventure a breeze!
