September 19, 2023 – The “Commissioners on the Road” program allows residents from all over the county to engage with the El Paso County Board of Commissioners in their respective districts. Each “Commissioners on the Road” program meeting is a traditional BoCC meeting held in one of the five commissioner districts.
El Paso County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) announced the “Commissioners on the Road” meetings early in 2023, successfully hosting meetings in District 1 at Lewis-Palmer High School, District 2 at the El Paso County Fair & Events Center, and District 3 at Manitou Springs City Hall.
The final 2023 Commissioners on the Road meetings will be held:
- 9:00 a.m. | Tuesday, September 26, 2023

- 9:00 a.m. | Tuesday, October 31, 2023
- Fountain City Hall (District 4)

The BoCC regularly holds public hearings and meetings on Tuesdays (except legal holidays) beginning at 9 a.m. in the Auditorium of Centennial Hall at 200 South Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs 80903. El Paso County Land Use meetings are held the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. in the Auditorium of Centennial Hall at 200 South Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
