The Board of El Paso County Commissioners recognized December 7, 2019, as Pearl Harbor Day in El Paso County, and urges all citizens to set aside time on that day to reflect on the bitter lessons learned, to honor the profound bravery of all those who served and to pay special tribute to those who gave their last full measure of devotion on that fateful day 78 years ago.
