Colorado State University Extension presents Preserve the Season: Salsa Class. Learn how to make salsa in our hands-on class and take a jar home! You will also receive – straight from the farm – a box full of Colorado vegetables, for making your own batch of salsa at home! Salsa can be a fun and easy way to preserve tomatoes to enjoy all year. You will receive tested and reviewed salsa recipes that mix low acidic foods such as; onions and peppers with acidic foods such as tomatoes.
***If you are unable to attend the class, we will donate your box of vegetables to the Springs Rescue Mission. We are unable to hold your box or offer a refund**
