Because of the Thanksgiving Holiday and the Colorado Counties, Inc. Winter Conference, upcoming regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meetings for Tuesday, Nov. 20, Thursday, Nov. 22 and Tuesday, Nov. 27 have been canceled.
El Paso County is hosting the CCI Winter Conference, which begins the morning of Monday, Nov. 26, and runs through noon on Wednesday, Nov. 28. The agenda includes a variety of work sessions and seminars on County and State issues. Governor-elect Jared Polis will also be at the conference to deliver remarks during Tuesday morning’s opening session as County Commissioners look toward the upcoming session of the Colorado General Assembly. The Nov. 20 and Nov. 22 Board of County Commissioners meetings are canceled as part of the recognition of the Thanksgiving holiday.
The next regularly scheduled Commissioners meeting will be at 9 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 29, in Centennial Hall.
