February 17, 2026 – El Paso County Parks recognized the support of its 2025 Partners in the Park during the Park Advisory Board meeting held on February 11, 2026.
Established in 2009, the Partners in the Park program provides dedicated financial support for individual County parks, trails, open spaces, event centers, and nature centers. Since its inception, the program has generated approximately $640,000 to enhance amenities, preserve natural resources, improve visitor experiences, and support the long-term sustainability of sites across the park system.
“Our partners play a vital role in sustaining and strengthening our park system,” said Todd Marts, Executive Director of El Paso County Parks. “Their investment directly supports the care of our outdoor spaces and facilities, ensuring these places remain welcoming, well-maintained, and accessible for our community today and for generations to come.”
