April 17, 2025 – El Paso County is proud to announce the launch of its Strategic Plan Dashboard. This new tool provides residents with real-time insights into the county’s progress on the El Paso County Strategic Plan goals, underscoring the county’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
It serves as a public-facing reporting tool for the El Paso County Strategic Plan, making it easier for residents to see how the county is turning long-term goals into measurable outcomes.
“This dashboard is a tangible demonstration of our commitment to transparency and accountability,” said Carrie Geitner, Chair of the El Paso County Board of Commissioners. “It shows residents how we track progress, identify trends, and use data to guide responsible decision-making that benefits the entire community.”
Built on the foundation of the Strategic Plan, the dashboard translates the county’s strategic priorities into clear metrics and measurable progress. The Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for providing effective public services, using taxpayer resources wisely, and responding to the evolving needs of El Paso County residents.
The plan focuses on four strategic goals:

- Strengthening public trust

- Supporting community health and safety
