The Colorado State University Extension is offering another great workshop and this one could help you stock your pantry with your very own canned goods.

The workshop is called Intro to Canning: Water Bath Canning.

Learn how to safely can high acid foods in this hands-on workshop. The boiling water canning method can be used to preserve fruit, salsa, pickles, tomatoes, jams, jellies and more.

Take home your own canned product fruit.
